It is always a shame when you have to send something back. We do our best to arrange this for you as quickly and as well as possible.
- Money-back guarantee: we offer a 30-day return period. If you notify us within 30 days that you want to send the product back, you then have another 14 days to actually return it.
- Right of withdrawal: send the product back with all parts supplied, in the original packaging if possible.
- Defective product: this is covered by the warranty and we will resolve it for you as soon as possible.

How do returns work at Safe Age?
- 1 Register a return Click on register a return and register your parcel.
- 2 Choose a drop-off point Choose the carrier and the drop-off point near you. You will then receive the return label by email.
- 3 Pack the items Pack the items undamaged, stick the return label on the parcel and take it to the chosen point.
- 4 Your return is processed We process your return within three to five working days after receipt and keep you informed throughout.
Return conditions
A money-back guarantee applies to all purchases in this webshop, provided you comply with the following conditions.
- Track and trace: send your return via a parcel service with track and trace.
- Notify within 30 days: register your return within 30 days of purchase using the form. You will find the purchase date on the invoice.
- Complete return: send back everything you received.
- Packaging: use sturdy shipping packaging, preferably the same packaging in which the product was shipped.
- Original condition: the product and the packaging must be returned in their original condition.
- Damage: if the product or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to assess it, we may charge you for the reduction in value.
- Refund: we refund you within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the returned shipment.
- Return form: enclose a completed return form.
