A good aid makes daily life easier and safer. When choosing, keep these points in mind:
- What will you use it for? Indoors, outdoors, in the bathroom or during recovery. Choose an aid that suits that situation.
- Does it suit your height and weight? Check the dimensions and the maximum load capacity on the product page.
- Is it easy to use? A light, foldable or adjustable aid is easier to take with you and simple to set up.

Can I try an aid first?
Yes. You have 30 days to try your aid at home at your own pace. If you are not happy with it, you will get your money back. Register your return within 30 days; you then have another 14 days to send the product back. Returns are always free.
How quickly will my order be delivered?
In the Netherlands and Belgium, if you order on a working day before 23:45, you will receive your order the next day, unless the product page says otherwise. Shipping there is always free. Delivery to Germany and France takes 2-3 working days and shipping is free from € 40.

What warranty do I get?
